Sasha Davies and Michael Claypool are the owners of Cyril's and Clay Pigeon Winery. Cyril's is a wine bar/tasting room/foodie storefront/restaurant/all around awesome place that's adjacent to Clay Pigeon Winery, an urban winery focusing on wines made with Oregon Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes. In addition to excellent wines, Cyril's serves a really tasty selection of small plates, sandwiches, salads, and cheese (Davies is an acclaimed cheese expert) that are perfect for lunch, dinner, and everything in between.
Michael and Sasha know a thing or two about wine and cheese. You can’t go wrong with either at Cyril's. Head there for a late afternoon snack or dinner and pair it with your favorite red or white or pick up a bottle or two of their namesake Pinot Noir and Syrah.
