Aunt Carrie's

1240 Ocean Rd, Narragansett, RI, 02882

A summertime favorite in Narragansett and located a few minutes from multiple state beaches, Point Judith, and the Block Island ferry, Aunt Carrie's has been serving classic summer seafood delights like lobster rolls and fried shrimp and clams for over 85 years. While sit-down dining is available, a great option is to order from the takeout window and have a beachfront picnic or sit at Aunt Carrie’s own outdoor tables across the street from the main restaurant. The must-try specialties are the "stuffies”—stuffed and baked clamshells—and the chowder and clam cake combo, which is best eaten by dipping the fried, po boy-like “clam cakes” into the chowder.
