The Business District

76 Queen St, Charleston, SC, 29401

From the double-balconied house in which it's set, to the kitchen's rejection of olive oil, Husk is all — and only — about the south. The menu changes not just seasonally but daily, and is based on what produce is coming in from local farms. Pig ears make occasional guest star appearances, but cornbread and seafood anchor Husk's fare. Reservations should be made well in advance if you don't want to wait. But if you do decide to stroll in, they've set up a bar next door of equal quality.
